It's really good, much more intuitive somehow than the 'grid' - well worth checking out his explanation of this too...

That's really very, very good.
(wonder if there's a way to rephrase "new business concepts" and "trojan horse ideas" - to my pernickety mind, they're the two headings that people might see and think "I know what that could mean but I need more explanation", whereas the rest are immediately obvious. That's no doubt because they're more advanced concepts, but it might be nice to have a visual that is totally comprehensible immediately.)
