Too good to be true?
I tracked down the original report from Oxford Uni that was in the news last week on Britain's true carbon emissions since 1990 (+19%, not -15%). It's sobering reading and as many have pointed out may mark the end to the incremental change/self-deception phase as governments, companies and individuals realise that we are just not really tackling the problem yet at all: report link
