I've got some tweaks and fixes to do this morning then another draft will be ready if anyone fancies reading it. I will need comments back by the 31st if they are to affect the finished product. Dont worry too much about typos though, it does get copy edited by the publisher. I will send it out to the people who asked recently (and whose email address I have).
